The images in my art work have always stood on their own. However, it would be a remiss of me not to say a few words about our Black race and culture. These images represent our Pain, our Passion, our Love, our Triumph, and our Tribulation. Over 8 million stories every day, every decade, every century. My work tries to capture some of our elusive stories, unspoken truths, and shattered dreams.From slavery, to Jim Crow, the Civil Rights Movements, to Black Lives Matter. The sad truth is that although many things have changed, most things have stayed the same. Whether we know it or not, the one Golden Tattered Thread that has tied us together is G.O.D., Jehovah!

So, as you look at the visual artwork. Listen to your inner voice. Let it speak to
your heart from the images you see. Each viewer sees the story differently.
Your mind will put you into a mental mindset whereas your heart will carry
our pain and glory. Please embrace our culture and its journey to greatness,
from our tears, our love, and our perseverance. From the sands of the hourglass to the pebbles of time, we danced across the sky and tippy toe into our ancestors’
greatness. Their feet carried the weight of yesterday’s sorrows, but they leave
the footprints of tomorrow’s hopes. So never forget that Greatness cannot be
silenced, and magic cannot be held. Just like my Artwork, it helps keep you
conscious. Although we are the messengers of tomorrow and the shepherds of today, nothing is capable of without the mercy and grace of G.O.D., Jehovah!
